This has a higher chance of happening the more items it absorbs. The Void has a chance to spawn an item it previously detroyed while still keeping the absorbed stats. This also prevents items that activate from taking damage from spawning.Д¬auses all familiars that normally follow Lilith to stay directly in front of her, lining up their shots like how a normal character shoots. Prevents items that give health, flight, or spectral tears from spawning for the rest of the run. Spawns three items from random item pools. This damage boost slowly fades over time. When used with the Alabaster Box, it will allow for black hearts to count toward its charge and reward black hearts and Devil Room items for its use. It cannot be used with items that can only be used once or do not follow normal charging rules. Judas will get a higher damage boost depending on how many charges the new active item has. The Book of Belial becomes a passive item, allowing players to pick up other activated items and use them alongside it. Lucky Foot's winning chances are also increased. This doesn't affect item pedestals found before picking up Birthright.ДЄdds another heart container and increases Maggie's maximum heart limit to eighteen hearts instead of twelve.ДЄdds +1 to Luck and causes arcades to contain more machines as well as appear on more floors.

As a side-effect of having no health meter, all deals with the devil can be taken free of charge, despite showing a cost of 3 soul hearts.Item pedestals will cycle between two different items, allowing players to pick the one they want. The Lost cannot gain health through any known means, even via soul hearts, black hearts, and HP upgrades. While playing as the Lost, the player notably begins with flight and without any health, and as such will die as a result of any damage taken. Note that resurrecting with the Ankh, Lazarus'В RagsВ or Judas' Shadow and dying in the appropriate fashion still fails the requirements and you will have to start over.
